Helen Stephenson
CEO - Charity Commission
WARNING!
This is a WARNING to all trustees, their charities and their beneficiaries

Due to the serious malpractices and failings of the Charity Commission for England and Wales,
trustees, charities and their beneficiaries are at severe RISK.
That is, risk of sustaining material harm to their functionality and reputation.
Complete failure of the charity itself is also very possible.
This risk has been discovered through the unfolding story subject of this website.
That story relates to what was a thriving Charity with a wonderfully powerful programme.
A programme well-conceived and executed to the betterment of peoples’ lives.
THE RISK
It has been proven that the risk can emanate from just ONE false allegation.
That false allegation may emanate from the public, an ex-contractor or ex-employee.
The most damaging of false allegations will however emanate from a key or central figure.
That key figure, for example, might be an ex-trustee.
The Commission will, and rightly so, place higher credence on an allegation from such a source.
More so, than on an allegation from an aggrieved ex-contractor.
As for any allegation, however, a serious allegation should be properly considered by the Commission.
It should be properly assessed and tested by examining supporting evidence and context.
The trustees should be consulted and questioned on points of validity and possible motive.
Should none of the above happen, or fail to be properly conducted, then possible disaster awaits.
Such disaster befell the Charity at the centre of the story told on these pages.
The very same outcome could happen to ANY other Charity.
This WARNING is directed to charities and to the trustees who manage and guide them.
